Beyond Amazing!
I recently bought the YPI-OD49KFD-4901U and this is by far the most advanced personal computing system on the planet. This was a gift and I was concerned about delivery timelines, so I reached out to the company to ensure it would arrive in time. They quickly responded back ensuring that it would arrive on time. It was carefully packed and startup ready. The case and RBG lights are gorgeous. All games run perfectly and the systems barely breathes heavy even with a 4K monitor. This system could literally run all the apps for any SMB, let alone for one household. Bonus, in the winter you won’t need a fireplace anymore because this thing kicks out some serious heat.😉 CPU and GPU still runs cool enough to stay below rates specs due to the many fans and CPU water cooler. Fans are very quiet. Highly recommend!

It just doesn’t work
This pc has been horrible from day one first time i get the pc it doesn’t even turn on and the hdd would spin up and make a weird sound. I re seated all components like they told me to, but the reason i am buying a pre built item is because i don’t know what i am doing. Eventually after a few weeks of arguing with the barely responding customer service they agreed to take it back and fix it. Apparently the motherboard was broken in some way but now the pc turned on at least. This time when they sent the pc no keyboard and mouse, no rgb control remote, the wrong amount of ram, and it just turns off and the fans kick up to high when trying to play most of my games.

Worth it!
I was really apprehensive buying a computer. I’m 50, worked in IT most of my life. I normally build my own computers, but I just didn’t feel like it this time. I pulled the trigger and was more than surprised. Everything was correct. It was packed better than any computer I’ve ever seen, and I’ve unboxed A LOT of desktops and servers…..A LOT. I spent 3 years in desktop support and 20 as a VmWare/Windows admin. This thing was packed really nice, INSIDE and OUT. This thing has been running like a raped ape since I unboxed it. I did give a day to burn in, just like any other server/desktop should. It did fine. The only thing I’m not so hot about it Win11, but that has nothing to do with these folks. These folks did a wonderful job. Please don’t hesitate to grab one. I pumped mine way up with an I9 and 64Gmem, blah blah….everything I ordered was correct, even the GEFORCE RTX 4070Ti (which I was worried about). Nope, everything was accounted for and shipped perfectly. 5 stars guys, Bravo Zulu for a job well done.

Awesome PC
First off, PC is great. Good quality components for the price. If you bought it all separately, it would come out to the same price, but with Yeyian they build, test, and warranty it. Only issue is the shipping. I’ve had to send it back due to damaged MOBO. ( Still worked). Second time it was shipped (back to me) MOBO was damaged again. Still works great, I just want everything to work as it should. That being said, their customer service has been amazing. Offering solutions, sending parts as needed and trying very hard to make it right.

Continuing to set-up and tuning the pc for ultimate performance. Ain’t got it right yet.
When using the PC, you can recognize that is not a normal pc and has tremendous process speed and graphics display. Much learning and tweaking to do.

Died after a few days. And no tech support.
On paper, this pc is awesome. Pretty decent specs and performed well… while it worked. First off, from the initial power on, the middle front fan rgb didn’t work. The fan itself spun but the rgb didn’t work. That, I chose to ignore. It honestly wasn’t a big deal for me. Performance wise the pc was awesome and that’s what mattered. A few days later however, I came to power on the pc and… nothing. Not a whir, not a beep, nothing! I checked everything, unplugged all peripherals attached, changed power cord, but nothing worked. The pc wouldn’t even turn on. My guess is their home grown power supply crapped out. Now here’s where it gets even worse. Called their support number, and after a few number selections for tech support, got, “the person you have reached at extension blah blah blah, is not available”. I called at 12PM eastern on a Friday and got this as a message. What kind of company has a voice recording like this for tech support??? The “Person” you have reached??? Anyway, I tried throughout the day and even tried sending an email to address the issue, but nothing. To this day I haven’t even received a response to the email. I sent the pc right back to them through Amazon. If you get a good pc from them, that’s great, I’m sure it would be worth it. But be ware, if anything happens, getting help from their “lifetime support” might not exist. So buy at your own risk.

Speed Demon
Bought this to replace a 3-year-old sytem. Running MSFS 2020 in VR and this thing screams! Added a 4TB SSD and cloned the 2TB that came with the system and now use the 2TB for data storage. Total of 8TB now. It arrived in perfect condition and was super-easy to set up. If I have a complaint, it is that the fans are a lot noisier than my old system (i9-9900, RTX 3080), but I can accept that because of the superior performance. I’d recommend this system to any avid gamer! P.S. I am 85 years old and expect this to be my last computer purchase!

Graphics Card DOA
Saw another review with the same comment so wanted to add mine. Experienced a ton of crashing right away and all my troubleshooting efforts were in vain with all issues pointing to the GPU as the problem. Purchased and swapped in a new graphics card and all problems went away. The rest of the components are fantastic. Happy to update my review depending on the customer support I receive; have contacted them to notify them of the issue and seek a reasonable solution.

Buyer Beware
I was SOOO excited to buy this PC. I received an artist grant to update my tech, and a new PC was top of the list. This one had the specs I wanted (i9 14900, RTX 4090) plus more storage.Unfortunately, the graphics card was DOA. No matter what combinations I tried (HDMI, Display port, USB C), no monitor could get a signal. I even took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad and they made the same assessment. So I never got to even try it out. 😥I attempted to get help from the seller but it didn’t go very well, so I just requested a refund. I’m sending this PC back and am getting one from Best Buy.I knew buying a pre-build online was a risk. I gambled and loss. May you have better luck.

This is a sweet rig!!
I purchased this same rig in December from a competitor because it was cheaper.Pro: VERY FAST, quiet, better than 99% of the submissions for Timespy 3DMark benchmark. Nice components and build quality. GREAT cooling! I priced out the parts from Amazon and Newegg, several hundred $$$ more to build it myself. I love this machine, and I’m glad I bought it!Cons: 1) The expanding foam packing material broke the motherboard plastic GPU latch. With the screws tight, doesn’t really matter. 2) The expanding foam packing material was wedged under the GPU so tight, I had to remove the GPU and GPU support to get the foam out. 3) The SATA drive was not initiated or allocated in Windows, so Windows did not detect it. Had to do it myself in disk management. I notified the manufacture about these minor issues.
