DOA AND maybe some INSURANCE FRAUD! Has not given me my money back
I recently purchased a computer for the price of $2,000. Upon inspection, I discovered several issues with the product, including low-quality components, a malfunctioning cooler, non-functional lights on the fan, a non-working LED button, and an improperly installed motherboard plate. The company has requested that I return the entire computer, despite the fact that I have only had it for one day. It appears that their quality control measures are inadequate, as evidenced by similar complaints in other reviews. Update: 3/4/2024I have been in touch with the company. Trying to work things out. Will update again shortly.Update 3/5/2024This company has a very weird warranty. I don’t trust this brand and I don’t trust the ceo of this company either. This company is very sketchy, between newegg and amazon they do not have good reviews. I do not trust anything this company says! At the CES EVENT, THEY HELD THE EVENT IN A HOTEL ROOM!!!
